More than just about dealing with the ‘technical’ aspects of construction, it’s equally important to take into account the impact to your home’s utility, value, sale ability, & long term maintainability. Each decision you make (and there are plenty of them) will impact the outcome of your project and your enjoyment down the road.

• Experience working alongside licensed carpenters, electricians, plumbers, HVAC installers, and numerous other trades in dozens of rehab projects, ranging from bathroom remodels and room additions, to basements, attics, and entire homes,

• Managing renovation projects from initial design to final inspection,

• Working with and managing service providers, from initial proposals to work completion,

• Formally trained and licensed as a Home Inspector, conducting hundreds of home inspections for new home buyers, existing homeowners, and insurance companies,

• Licensed Real Estate Broker with over 20+ years of residential real estate experience, working with clients to help them understand and feel comfortable with the home buying and home selling experience.

What does "independent" really mean

For us, independent means that we do not take any form of compensation or consideration from and vendor or resource we may introduce you to. Our only compensation is through our client fees. This allows us to remain totally unbias in our recommendations and always be committed to your best interests.
